LISBON 361 GOES HOME FROM THE BLACK COUNTRY MUSEUM 20 MARCH 2018

Tram 5 outside the depot
Today was the day that 361 returned home to Lisbon after over 20 years  under a tarpaulin at the Black Country Museum. The Museum has decided it no longer needs 361, so has donated it to Paolo Marques collection of Lisbon trams housed in his depot near Lisbon. A low loader lorry from Portugal arrived at the Black Country Museum last night ready to pick up the tram this morning and start its journey home.

361 sees the light of day for the first time in over 20 years
